The TetherSpout Chronicles are a series of annotated photo albums that, thru sexually explicit photographs, document how TetherSpouts and TetherPlugs came about and some of the many ways they can be used. They also chronicle the personal opinions, thoughts, feelings and experiences of their inventor (who also goes by the name TetherSpout) on a variety of subjects, and show how he personally likes to use them to pleasure and play with his penis.
Without relinquishing or abrogating Tether Products’ copyright, the photographs may, until further notice, be freely downloaded and redistributed or disseminated to other websites and public forums or newsgroups without prior written permission. Tether Products’ only terms & conditions for doing so are that the images not be altered or edited in any way and that they not be sold or used for any commercial gain. That includes: not cropping or distorting the images; not re sizing the images (except as thumbnails or links to the original); not superimposing comments, watermarks or logos (regardless of transparency or size) on the images, and; not altering the individual files (including their names) in any way. It also includes not uploading or disseminating the photos on any website or file sharing service, unless they can be freely viewed or downloaded by anyone without paying a fee. Restrictions that include subscribing to a free membership or free service, before the images can be viewed or downloaded, are permissible. Tether Products reserves the right to amend or withdraw its permission to display or disseminate the photos under these terms & conditions at any time, by blanket action or on a user-specific basis, without showing cause or warning.
Unrestrictive as they may be, do not abuse or take these terms & conditions lightly. Tether Products' copyright has been registered, which automatically makes anyone violating these terms & conditions subject to extensive statutory damages (not just actual damages) without TP needing to substantiate and quantify those damages in a court of law. That's how the RIAA has won such large judgements.
The photos are available in two formats. You can view and download the images individually on this website in slide-show format at a resolution of 960x720 pixels by clicking on the above drop-down menu. You will find there are navigation arrows (by hovering your mouse pointer over the images), as well as a filmstrip of thumbnails at the bottom, that let you conveniently browse thru the photos. Using your scroll wheel with the Ctrl key depressed will let your adjust the display size to your screen in most browsers.
You can also download each entire album all-at-once in zip format at a larger resolution of 1600x1200 pixels to unzip and view offline at your later convenience, by clicking on the links below.
