Model SSE-6 Disk-style Retainer/Filler

The SSE-6 is a specialized stainless steel retainer that is meant primarily to act as an electrode for electro-stimulation (e-stim) and as a filler for distending and stuffing your urethra to greater depths, although it can also be used like a regular retainer to apply tension and for other normal purposes.

Instead of 3 retainers that are progressively larger and more oval in shape and that are meant to be used individually, what you get with the SSE-6 are a series of 10 round retainers that, when stacked onto a spout, form a smooth solid cylinder with rounded ends. The end pieces have a semi-elliptic shape in x-section (for comfort) and the centerpieces simply look like thick flat-washers. Together they form a cylindrical slug with a very noticeable weight, that can act as a very effective electrode that fills the fossa navicularis, or the urethra further down, much better than the crude penis plugs or other probes and electrodes that others sell and whose contact area can be adjusted to whatever you like.

You will notice on the Order Page that the French sizes of the SSE-6 retainers are fractional and more coarsely and erratically spaced than other disk-style retainers. This is because the retainers are sized and shaped to avoid expensive tooling costs and to allow standardized punches & dies, which generally vary in 1 mm diameter increments, to be used in their manufacture. Consequently their critical French sizes are not directly specified by design, but rather are a function of the outside diameters of the punches & dies used to produce them and are correspondingly more coarsely and erratically spaced. They end up having odd fractional French sizes, but outside diameters that increase in uniform 1 mm increments from one size to the next. Some men will be lucky and be able to use a size that fits perfectly, the way TP’s other disk-style retainers do. Others may have to settle for a less perfect fit or use some force to insert them.

The SSE-6 retainers are round and are not offered in oversized oval versions and therefore will not fill your urethra as fully as other disk-style retainers might, but still to a much larger degree than any solid plug or rod that you could ever insert. If you want to distend and stuff your urethra to its absolute maximum, you would be better off buying multiple sets of other retainers like the SSR-6, but that can get prohibitively expensive. The SSE-6’s greatest advantage is their relatively low cost when used in numbers.

Like other retainers, the SSE-6 retainers are sold only in sets, but for those who are not satisfied with the basic set, additional centerpieces can be purchased. The basic starter set includes 2 end pieces and 8 centerpieces to form a cylindrical slug with rounded ends that can be up to 2.2 cm in length. Additional centerpieces are available in sets of 10 to incrementally increase the length further by up to 2 cm per set.

The SSE-6 retainers have larger 6.4 mm diameter holes to make them easier to separate when stacked on a spout, but those holes are also still small enough to allow the use of TP's push-button ball-lock pins. Theoretically, if you start by stringing them onto a spout that is secured by a long piece of dental floss or a wire conductor, there is nothing to stop you from continuing to stack centerpieces of the SSE-6 until your entire urethra, clear to your prostate, is stuffed with steel. It can be to a diameter much larger than any solid rod that you could ever insert. And by intermittently inserting end pieces or insulators, you can add flexibility to the stack wherever you want and/or create multi-polar electrodes of virtually any configuration. Because they are round, your urethra will keep them nicely aligned.

Distending and stuffing your entire urethra in this fashion is not as crazy as it sounds because you will still be able to pee or ejaculate. The retainers are made of polished 420F-grade stainless steel, which is inert and corrosion resistant but, more importantly, is also magnetically permeable. This is so that the retainers can be retrieved from deep within your urethra (or possibly even your bladder, although they will likely be too big for that to ever happen) with a thin magnetic probe if ever necessary and so that securing them with a spout or other center appliance and pull string is not essential. You will find this greatly adds to their versatility and safety, and that, with thin forceps, final extraction can be accomplished very quickly. It will be interesting to see how the SSE-6 retainers get used and how much demand there is for them.
